Silotime M 25 Tablet is a combination medicine generally prescribed for the management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and urinary symptoms in men. It combines Silodosin (25 mg), an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles in the bladder and prostate, along with supportive agents that improve urine flow, reduce discomfort, and help prevent complications associated with enlarged prostate.
