1. Shipping Locations

 

We currently offer shipping services in two categories:

 

A. Domestic Shipping (PAN India)

 

We deliver to all cities, towns, and rural areas across India.

 

B. International Shipping

 

We ship select pharmaceutical and healthcare products to All over World

Note: International orders must comply with the destination country’s import regulations. Hindustan Pharmacy is not liable for customs rejections.


2. Delivery Timelines

 

A. PAN India Delivery 

 

 (Order Will be delivered )

 

  • Surat (Emergency Medicines): Within 2 hours (available 9 AM – 7 PM, all days)

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

B. International Delivery

 

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express International Shipping (selected countries): 5–10 business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local regulations, or logistics conditions.


3. Shipping Charges

 

Domestic Orders:

  • Orders above ₹ 500 : Free Shipping

  • Orders below ₹ 500 : Flat  ₹ 50

International Orders:

  • Shipping fees vary based on destination, weight, and courier service

  • Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees (if applicable) are to be paid by the recipient


4. Order Processing

 

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation and valid prescription verification (if applicable)

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day


5. Prescription Medicine Shipping (Domestic & International)

 

  • Prescription is mandatory for certain drugs and specialty medicines

  • Upload a valid prescription at checkout or email it to us

  • Orders without a valid prescription will be held or cancelled


6. Tracking Your Order

 

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email/WhatsApp/SMS

  • Domestic and international orders can be tracked through our website or logistics partner’s site


7. Packaging

 

  • All products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging

  • Temperature-sensitive medicines are shipped using cold chain packaging (if needed)

  • Packaging ensures privacy and safety for both domestic and international shipments


8. Delays and Non-Delivery

 

Hindustan Pharmacy is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Customs hold-ups

  • Incorrect delivery address

  • Natural calamities or courier disruptions

  • Unavailability of recipient

For international shipments, if the product is held or rejected by customs, we will try to assist, but refunds may not be guaranteed depending on the situation.
