Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Gemcal Plus Soft Gelatin Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Gemcal Plus Soft Gelatin Capsule is a combination of vitamins and minerals. Calcium carbonate prevents or treats negative calcium balance in the blood in low serum calcium conditions. Calcium is also required for the healthy muscles, bones, nervous system, and heart. Calcitriol works by helping the body utilize more of the calcium present in ingested foods or supplements and regulating the production of parathyroid hormone. Vitamin K2-7 supplementation helps in ameliorating peripheral neuropathy, reducing bone fracture risk, and improving cardiovascular health. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency, thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems. Magnesium oxide is a mineral supplement essential for bone mineralization and the formation of the bone matrix. Boron improves the metabolism of key vitamins and minerals. Zinc oxide provides zinc needed for the body’s immune system to work properly.
