Do not use Justin 12.5mg suppository if you are allergic to Diclofenac, aspirin, ibuprofen, other NSAIDs, or any of its ingredients in the medication. Avoid using this medicine if you have a history of stomach or duodenal ulcers, bowel disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, or adverse reactions to other NSAIDs. The medication is also not recommended for patients with severe heart, kidney, or liver failure, as well as those with established heart or cerebrovascular disease and peripheral arterial disease. Do not use this medicine if you are beyond six months pregnant. Additionally, if you experience issues with bowel emptying, suffer from diarrhea, or have rectal bleeding, it is important to avoid the use of this medication. This medicine may impact fertility.
