Therapeutic Effects of Paraprime Injection

Paraprime injection reduces fever by inhibiting the formulation and release of hormone-like substances (prostaglandins) in the CNS and by inhibiting substances like endogenous pyrogens at the hypothalamic thermoregulator center. The analgesic activity of Paraprime injection is by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, particularly COX-3, in the CNS.
